STORY!
MAPICK real name is Allan Mapiki, he was born in Mazabuka General Hospital on the 6th of January 1986, he is a Southern Zambian record artist, song writer, music producer and performer.His breakthrough single was “Sejisi Chakukupa” in 2004. Started his musical career at the age of 18, Singing in a Chisoba band. It wasn’t until 2007 that He started recording, then, later on, started producing. He went to Chikankata where he recorded his second song ‘Jobo walila” which ended up making him popular all over Southern Province.
He formed his own label ‘Mapick Records Entertainment ’ where he produced and help almost all the Southern top artists such as Real jay, Kadas, Maambo, Dj born, Sulusulu, Roydo Dot kom and His own brothers.
His greatest works (Songs) include Selibambinde kulonga, Boola musoweki, Mugeti Simani, Moyo wangu, Isosendeko, Omubili, Wandinyonganya, pull off, kkalye moongole…. etc which have altogether earned him opportunities to perform outside Southern Province.
